What file types do you accept?
We accept the following file types; psd, tiff, jpeg, png, eps, pdf, heic, gif and dng. If you have a file format that is not listed, please contact us and we will see how we can support you.
Do my files have to be a certain size.
Yes! In order to print your images, we need files to be 1200x1200 pixels or larger.
What type of file will I receive?
You will receive two jpeg files of your Memory Still. One 72 dpi version for sharing online and one 300 dpi for printing. Memory Stills are printable up to 11"x17".
Requests for alternative sizes or formats can be made by contacting us.
What if I only have negatives or physical photos?
Most cities and towns will have a local shop who provides scanning services. A quick online search should give you a good idea of where to go. There are also large online scanning houses that offer this service as well. Yellow Lab Imaging, Kodak Digitizing and ScanCafe are a few nationwide options.

How long will it take to get my images?
We guarantee delivery of your memory still in 6 weeks or less.
Is it possible to get my Memory Still faster?
Yes, you can! We are often able to accept rushed orders for an additional fee. Please contact us to discuss your timeline.
Do you offer extra customization?
Yes! We offer highly individualized service. Specific props, backgrounds and any thing else you can think of is possible. There may be additional fees dependent upon the request. Please contact us for more information.
